Pitch perfect action for the dedicated sportsperson.
Not only great for putting but also for pitching on to! Most surfaces supplied for golf can replicate a putting green for speed and roll but when asked to characterise the action of a golf ball pitching onto it they fall woefully short of the mark. Not with Golf Pitch. A truely remarkeable product. No you can have your cake and eat it. Pitch and putt in one carpet!

Installation:
Golf Pitch can be simply rolled out and used. However, for a better finish and where a permanent installation is intended sand dressing the product with specialist sand (we can supply this) will give better results. In tests the following results were achieved;
10kg/sq.m. : More suited to green where the approach shot is from 50 yards plus. At this infill level, the green is softer, and so grips the ball better and absorbs the ball velocity. The green putts slightly slower with less infill.
12kg/sq.m. : A good compromise, giving good results whilst chipping the ball onto the green, as well as good performance levels for putting. Medium paced green speed.
14kg/sq.m. : Best suited for putting practice or chipping from just off the green. Gives a faster green speed.
Please note that if sand is used it will totally disappear into the pile to leave the ulitmate pitching and putting surface. Stimp meter readings from a typical installation are 9-10.
